Almonds - Regular Intake of Almonds can keep you Fit
Almonds are the source of energy and can be used daily once to keep you fit and fine.If its winter eat it dry,4-5 almonds.And if you find that its to hot soak the Almonds in water overnight and then have it in morning.
It won't cause any harm if the weather is extremely hot.
So try 4-5 Almonds daily to keep fit and enjoy life...:) :)
Almonds are good source of all essential nutrients required. Dates are good too.
